Usos
Our pearls are specially designed for raw use in salads, cold soups or salmorejo. Also as an accompaniment in fish, carpaccios or any type of product to which you choose to add a touch of olive oil. If you prefer you can use them for cooking, since they withstand up to 100ºC of cooking temperature.
