For more than a decade, Aceites Jerez has been committed to the sustainable cultivation of its olives to obtain the same quality as always but with the added commitment to the environment. Consequently, we have managed to produce our organic extra virgin olive oil in this way.
By not using pesticides and the traditional treatment of our olives, we turn the Cornicabra variety into the protagonist of our family of organic extra virgin olive oils.
